Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop marketing and channel strategy for the three verticals of the company in line with the business objectives
- Support building awareness of the brand, positioning of the three business verticals and generating leads for the respective teams
- Create and deliver on an annual marketing plan in line with strategy and ensure implementation of the same within defined budgets with the support of the team
- Plan the coherent execution of the creative as well as performance based deliverables of the team
- Plan the launch of new products and releases along with overseeing the cross-functional implementation of the plan
- Bring in product marketing expertise to the organizational marketing efforts
Communications & Outreach:
- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates products in the market
- Oversee execution of both internal and external communication while ensuring enhanced target audience experience by using diverse marketing tools & techniques
- Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms.
- Leverage various ATL channels like Social, Digital, Influencer Marking, PR etc. and BTL channels like events to distribute the content.
- Select and manage vendors to execute the marketing strategy.
- Ensure Lead Generation targets are fulfilled using a mix of online activities, SEO/SEM, databases, emails, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Ensure consistent messaging on brand and product websites and continuously increasing conversion rates
Marketing Trends and Analytics:
- Responsible for continuously assessing current market trend to build a unique compelling value proposition for the solutions.
- Continuously track performance of various marketing initiatives and spend to tweak the strategy to deliver the best possible results for the business.
Team Management
- Lead and nurture the marketing team by monitoring performance on an ongoing basis and ensuring continuous professional development of the team.
Must have work Experience:
- 10-16 years of relevant experience in Marketing, preferably B2B. (Prior SaaS experience will be an added advantage)
- Should have experience in marketing communication and brand management
- Should have experience in working in a high growth environment, preferably in a technology company
Qualification & Functional Skills:
- Postgraduate/MBA in Marketing from Tier I/II Institutes
