Job Summary:
The HR is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager acts as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring a productive and respectful workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job postings, interviewing, and selection.
• Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth on boarding process.
• Manage a team of 10 to 15 employees.
• Handle the entire recruitment process with expertise.
• Utilize hiring portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed effectively.
• Coordinate daily with the Australian team.
Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience.
• Proven team handling experience.
• Salary: Based on the last CTC and interview performance.
• Shift Timing: 4:30 AM to 12:30 PM (Australian shift).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
