ello, We are looking for the skilled candidate who is Fluent/Native English Speaker. Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Follow up and update the management team.
  • Coordinate with the accounting team for monthly payment transactions and manage outstanding invoices.
  • Check and reply to daily emails promptly.
  • Assist the management team in updating the payroll sheet.
  • Maintain bills and legal documents on a daily basis.
  • Need to coordinate with Vendors & assist in order clearance.
  • Check daily expenses and reconcile with the accounts department.
  • Coordinate with clients via phone calls or Email.
Requirements:
  • Excellent English Communication skills Via Email and Phone call
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to work in Australian shifts.
  • Shift Timing : 3:30 am to 11:30 am
  • Only Male candidate eligible for this profile
  • Age criteria : Up to 30
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 30,000.00 per month Benefits:
