We are seeking an experienced and organized Auditorium Incharge to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our auditorium. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the auditorium is well-maintained, safe, and ready for events.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facility Management: Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the auditorium, ensuring that it is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
2. Event Coordination: Coordinate with event organizers, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
3. Technical Support: Ensure that all technical equipment is in working order, and provide technical support during events.
4. Scheduling: Manage the auditorium's schedule, ensuring that events are booked and scheduled efficiently.
5. Safety and Security: Ensure that the auditorium meets all safety and security standards, and implement emergency procedures as needed.
6. Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance checks on the auditorium's facilities and equipment, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
7. Communication: Liaise with event organizers, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
1. Education: Diploma/degree in Events Management, Hospitality, or related field.
2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in events management, facility management, or related field.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of event production, technical equipment, and facility management.
