Skills Required:
• Should be soft spoken with excellent follow skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate findings clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google sheets.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
KRAs:
• Thoroughly review POC documents, including invoices, receipts, reports, and other supporting materials, to verify completion of specified tasks, milestones, or deliverables.
• Verify that all required documentation is included and properly organized in POC submissions, maintaining a clear audit trail.
• Continuously review and streamline existing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and operational performance.
• Assist in the planning and execution of projects related to process improvement initiatives. Coordinate resources and activities to achieve project objectives within specified timelines.
• Answering process users questions and providing process support for those needing to follow the procedure.
• Addressing any issues that arise with procedures, tools, or people to ensure expected process outcomes are achieved.
• Prepare training documents and training sessions.
