JOB TITLE: AUDIT MANAGERROLE: The Audit Manager will be responsible for driving internal audits as well as fulfilling the requirements of the statutory and other external audits as required by the organization. The role requires the capacity to work collaboratively with all the finance teams to ensure reliable processes, accurate accounting methods and adequate internal financial controls to mitigate risks.RESPONSBILITIES:REGULAR MONITORING & REVIEW

• Prepare the financial reporting package and report to the group teams during every monthly closure
• Organize and lead the accounting reviews with all the finance teams
• Continuously improve the quality of accounts and internal financial controls
• Drive the process for physical verification of assets

EXTERNAL AUDITS & COMPLIANCES

• Preparation of financial statements
• Prepare, organize and complete statutory and group audit on time
• Coordinate with external auditors for any opinion/guidance related to business arrangements
• Cater to all compliance requirements that require information from the books of accounts

INTERNAL AUDITS

• Identify risk areas and scopes to be audited
• Plan and organize the audits
• Report the outcomes with recommendations for improvement and follow through to ensure that improvements are incorporated into the process
• Improve risk monitoring methods and mitigation measures

SKILLS:

• Chartered Accountant with 7-9 years of experience in preparation of financial statements, statutory audits and internal audits
• Thorough knowledge of Ind AS and IFRS
• Leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
• Adaptability to a dynamic environment
• Curiosity to learn and continuously improve processes
• Sports passionate
