:
• Initiate the tele calls to the existing Chaitanya customers to enquire and identify any policy or process deviation.
• To plan Concurrent tele calling with the customers of branches which are under audit.
• Capable of calling 150 calls and 3 - 4 hours speaking time.
• To understand the internal audit and its requirements
• To do basic audit of the customer KYC documents to identify deviations if any.
• Preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports on observations identified during tele calling.
• Sharing of audit queries with field audit team and follow up the same to close the query.
Job Requirements:
• Graduate Freshers /experienced person in engaging customers with Tele calling.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Mindset of auditing and problem identification
• Proficiency in the languages either Hindi, Kannada, Tamil and Gujarati.
• Working knowledge of English is mandatory
