Role & responsibilities • Ensure execution of audit plan at the regional level.
• Undertake field-level audits, and identify fraudulent practices.
• Identify key risk areas by conducting process-level audits.
• Ensure that major observations are reported immediately.
• Preparation and issuance of the audit report with detailed findings during the field and back- office audit.
• Interact with regional teams for compliance closure.
• Coordinate with the field team on operational issues in the assigned portfolio.
• Preparation of monthly reports and major observations summary.
Preferred candidate profile • Minimum qualification Graduate ( B.Com preferred )
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the MFI/Banking sector ( worked in the internal audit & Risk department will be preferred )
• Must be willing to travel extensively.
• Good communication skills ( Fluent in Local language
