Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical

Audit Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting internal audits, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards, identifying areas for improvement, and helping optimize business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform audits on various departments and processes to ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements. Analyze financial records, reports, and operating procedures to identify discrepancies or inefficiencies. Prepare and present audit reports with recommendations to management. Follow up on audit findings to ensure corrective action is implemented. Assist in risk assessments and contribute to developing internal control systems. Coordinate with external auditors during statutory audits. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and relevant laws. Support process improvement initiatives across the organization.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/CPA/CIA preferred but not mandatory). 1-3 years of experience in auditing, finance, or related roles. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, and audit procedures. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and auditing software. Good communication and report-writing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
