Bolla operates 200+ Retail Gas Stations with Convenience Stores (C-Stores) and automotive repair shops. Bolla partners with major food chains like Burger King, Tim Horton, Pizza Hut, and Subway.

Bolla is a premier Wholesale and Retail Motor Fuel (MF) supplier in Metro New York and New Jersey areas. Through our Bolla Transport division the company hauls Motor Fuel in both New York and New Jersey areas. We supply MF to our 200+ locations as well as an additional 75 Wholesale Dealers. It also constructs Ultra-Modern and upscale Gas Stations with C-Stores.

We are a well-established and diversified company with over 30 years of operations, with a strong presence in FMCG retail, Oil retail, and convenience store industries. Operating over 200+ convenience stores, restaurants, car care centres, and fuel stations across New York, we are expanding our team in Hyderabad to manage the operational and financial aspects of our restaurant businesses. We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Operations Executive who will play a vital role in managing restaurant operations, invoice management, and vendor payment processing.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Restaurant Operations Audit Executive who will take full ownership of daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, efficient invoice management, and timely vendor payment processing. The ideal candidate will be familiar with restaurant management, operational processes, and financial oversight, and be willing to go the extra mile by working beyond regular hours to ensure all operational and financial tasks are executed effectively. •Willingness and able to work in the United States of America on a short-term to permanent basis. •

Key Responsibilities:

Restaurant Operations Management:

• Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Support the management team in ensuring that the restaurant runs efficiently, optimizing staff performance and resource allocation.
• Monitor restaurant inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.

Invoice Management & Payment Processing:

• Manage restaurant invoices and ensure they are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the finance team to ensure all payments to vendors and suppliers are made according to contract terms.
• Address any payment discrepancies and ensure smooth communication with vendors for resolution.
• Maintain organized records of all invoices, payments, and financial transactions.

Vendor Management:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with restaurant vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Ensure that vendor contracts are managed and payments are made on time.
• Support vendor negotiations to maintain cost-effective relationships while ensuring product quality.

Operational Support:

• Assist the restaurant management team with staff scheduling, training, and day-to-day operational tasks.
• Ensure the restaurant adheres to all health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of hygiene and operational efficiency.
• Resolve operational challenges and support the restaurant team in creating a positive dining experience for customers.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of restaurant financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payment details.
• Prepare regular operational reports for management, highlighting key performance metrics, inventory levels, and financial standing.
• Assist in tracking and reporting on restaurant performance, sales, and cost control.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Restaurant management or Hotel Management operations, with a focus on operational support and financial oversight.
• Operational Audit experience required.
• Previous experience in invoice management, vendor payment processing, and procurement is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software and financial tools.

Operational Skills:

• Knowledge of daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff coordination, and customer service.
• Experience in managing financial processes such as invoice tracking and vendor payment reconciliation.

Financial Skills:

• Basic understanding of financial processes and the ability to handle invoice management and vendor payment processing accurately.
• Ability to maintain organized records and prepare reports for management.

Personal Attributes:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with vendors, staff, and management.

Education:

• A Master's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
