As an Audit Assistant focusing on inventory management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate stock verification and efficient inventory control across all branches, the head office, and the factory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct stock verification across all branches, the head office, and the manufacturing units.
• Monitor and control stock levels using the ERP system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of audit reports and documentation related to inventory management.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with inventory policies and procedures.
• Identify discrepancies in stock levels and work towards resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Support internal audit processes and participate in improving inventory management practices.

Qualification:

• Completed CA articleship or equivalent auditing experience .
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
