: We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated commerce graduates from Durgapur to join our team as Trainee Accountants. This is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in the dynamic world of accounting and finance. As a Trainee Accountant, you will undergo comprehensive training in various domains such as Accounts, Audit, Advanced Tally features, GST, Income Tax, Company Law, and Banking.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and financial documentation.
• Learn and apply principles of audit and assurance under the guidance of experienced professionals.
• Gain hands-on experience with advanced features of Tally software for efficient financial management.
• Develop expertise in GST compliance and procedures.
• Understand and navigate Income Tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Familiarize yourself with Company Law and its implications on business operations.
• Handle banking transactions and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Knowledge of Tally and Understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Training Period: The selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive one-year training program, gaining exposure to various aspects of accounting and finance.

Career Path: Upon successful completion of the training program, candidates will be absorbed in our organisation or placed as trained accountants with our diverse portfolio of clients.
