The 3M Technology Center of Excellence will enable 3M to advance innovation at a faster pace, drive our digital transformation, and help define what\xe2\x80\x99s next: our new products, solutions, and ideas to improve lives around the world.3M Corporate Audit is seeking an Audit Analytics Developer to assist with the development of applied analytics for SOX & Audit risk identification and controls testing. The ideal candidate will have proven experience developing data analytics using SQL and Python and a general understanding of business and finance processes. As an Audit Analytics Developer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.Here, you will make an impact by:

• Working cross-functionally and across geographies to help support the global audit organization with high-quality data
• Identifying opportunities and prioritizing projects for analytics-driven SOX & Audit sampling
• Helping to advance the organizations key objective of continuous controls monitoring
• Using critical thinking and project management skills to collect, organize and distribute data
• Leveraging visualization in Power BI to expand suite of KRIs (Key Risk Indicators)
• Training and mentoring audit teams on the use of data analysis and tools

Your Skills and Expertise:To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Data Science or similar relevant field
• 4+ years of data analytics and / or coding experience
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience managing project work with tight deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing against project plans
• Comfortable in both individual contributing roles and cross-functional project roles
• Strong working knowledge on business processes including sales, finance, master data, supply chain, manufacturing, etc.
