& Responsibilities: Experience: 2-3 Years Qualification: Diploma / IT/EC/Computers or of similar field / Graduate

Strong hold on maintaining and troubleshooting audio, video equipment and arrange online meetings.
Operating software to control AV technologies.
Technical understanding of AV and IT systems and ensure maximum uptime.
Should understand the cabling, and system requirements of AV technologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft office/teams, Online meetings applications.
Interpersonal and robust communication skills.
Should have basic knowledge of wifi, internet, access profile.
Maintain inventory, diagram, warranty status and documentation of complete setup.
Make daily call/task/tracker sheet about duties handled
Firmware upgradation and routine maintenances.
Coordinate with vendors, IT team and other departments on need base.
Help IT team in basic operation and troubleshooting needs on routine basis.
