Audio Visual Technician
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Installation & Setup:
• Install and mount AV equipment, including projectors, displays, speakers, microphones, video walls, and control systems.
• Run and terminate cables (e.g., HDMI, CAT6, fiber optic, audio cables) neatly and securely.
• System Configuration:
• Configure and program AV systems such as control panels, audio DSPs, and video matrix systems.
• Test and calibrate equipment for optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance:
• Diagnose and resolve issues in AV systems during installation and post-installation.
• Provide preventative maintenance and technical support for installed systems.
• Integration Support:
• Work closely with system designers and engineers to understand system schematics and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with IT teams for network-based AV systems.
• Client Interaction:
• Provide client training and demonstrations for AV systems.
• Address client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, and service activities.
• Update and review technical documentation and schematics.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
• Yearly bonus
