Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Audio Video Studio In charge with a strong background in managing audio and video production for government and PSU sector projects. This role involves overseeing the entire audio-video production studio within the event team, managing studio operations, leading the production team, and ensuring high-quality audio-visual content is delivered on time. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to studio management, technical expertise, and an understanding of the requirements and protocols associated with government and PSU projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Studio Management: Manage the daily operations of the audio-video production studio, including scheduling, team coordination, and equipment maintenance.
• Technical Expertise: Oversee all technical aspects of audio and video production, such as sound recording, video editing, lighting, and AV equipment setup. Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure all equipment is functioning optimally.
• Production Supervision: Lead the production of audio-visual content for events, campaigns, and government or PSU-related projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the studio team, including videographers, sound engineers, and editors, to ensure seamless collaboration and high-quality output.
• Government & PSU Coordination: Work closely with government and PSU clients to understand project requirements, ensure compliance with regulations, and deliver content that aligns with their communication objectives.
• Content Creation: Develop video content for live events, promotional campaigns, documentaries, training materials, and other government-focused projects.
• On-Site AV Management: Coordinate audio-visual setups for live events, conferences, and government programs, ensuring sound, video, and lighting are optimized for presentations.
• Vendor & Client Liaison: Manage relationships with external vendors and clients, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to project timelines.
• Equipment Management: Maintain audio-visual equipment inventory, arrange for repairs or upgrades as needed, and stay updated on the latest production technology.
• Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure that all audio-video content adheres to government and PSU guidelines, quality standards, and copyright regulations.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Film Studies, Audio Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience managing audio-video production, with a focus on projects for government and PSU clients. Experience in an advertising or event management agency is preferred.
• Skills Required:
• Strong technical knowledge of audio-video production, including sound design, video editing, camera operation, and lighting.
• Proficiency in production software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and Pro Tools.
• Familiarity with the requirements and protocols of working with government and PSU sectors.
• Experience with live streaming and AV setups for large-scale events.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a production team effectively.
