We are technology Integration company with a specialized focus on the Networking (Structured Cabling & Active) and Audio/Video verticals. We offer Networking and A/V solutions designed specifically to enhance the end-user experience and add value to your organisation, by the optimal use of resources.

What you'll be doing

• Being a resident engineer, you have handle day to day activities related to AV
• Ensure all Zoom Room software components are kept up to date with the latest firmware.
• Maintenance, troubleshooting and problem-solving of hardware and software.
• Maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting steps, solutions, and system configurations
• Maintain Daily call report of the system health/issues found and resolved provided
• Have to do Quarterly preventive maintenance activities
• Have to maintain all the AV equipment's in good health condition
• Periodic reporting of site condition to the Coordinator and Service Manager
• Support customer during their events

What we're looking for

• Diploma (Preferred) with 2-3 years of experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting in the AV industry is preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of audio-visual systems, including displays, projectors, audio equipment, video conferencing systems, and control interfaces
• Strong understanding of AV technologies (audio, video, networking, control systems) and experience with remote management tools
• Maintenance, troubleshooting and problem solving of hardware and software.
• Storing, transporting, assembling and disassembling of AV Equipements.
• Familiar in using electronic tools loke soldering iron, multimeter, LAN tester Etc
• Familiar with Zoom Room hardware and software configurations.
• Preferred to have 2-wheeler
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Title- AV engineer (resident)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
