About Us - Founded in 2017 by IIT Delhi alumni, Attentive is a B2B vertical SaaS company serving the outdoor services industry in the United States. We are building an end-to-end SaaS platform with a deep-tech core that analyses geospatial imagery, enabling us to provide a suite of software solutions for our clientele.
Position Description: Attentive is looking for a full-time Performance Marketer to drive performance marketing led customer acquisition for its B2B SaaS platform. We are looking for creative and experienced B2B marketers with past experience in running performance marketing campaigns and who are now looking to work on building the performance marketing playbook for a new and underserved market segment. The candidate will have the unique opportunity to drive disruption for 200k US based businesses with an innovative SaaS offering.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create a performance marketing strategy that supports the organization\'s overarching business goals.
- Build and reinforce Attentive brand as the market leader in the outdoor services software space.
- Be the driving force behind all marketing campaigns and own performance marketing.
- Drive customer acquisition and ROI through continuous optimisation, testing, and experimenting with messaging, campaign parameters, and audience targeting.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the top, middle, and bottom of the funnel metrics to realize actionable insights and executing them
- Researching the best practices across marketing campaigns, and then acting on the information to meet marketing goals.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal content and design teams to create beautiful and compelling stories for campaigns.
- Meet and exceed assigned lead gen targets.
- Own dashboards to track conversions, marketing spend, CAC and other key metrics.
- Skilled in short-form content writing.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS/Software marketing experience (SaaS Preferred), with experience in performance marketing
- You must be fluent with data, metrics, measurement, and analytics. Good understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, and incrementality.
- Experience in owning & exceeding performance marketing targets.
- Experience in marketing to US based companies is a plus.
- Experience with marketing automation, analytics and marketing management tools e.g. HubSpot is a plus.
- Ability to think creatively, write clearly and communicate complex ideas in simple terms.
- Demonstrable ability to create excitement, both internally (within the organization) and externally (audience/customers).
- Prior experience in copywriting short form content
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
