oPrepare Daily Route Plan (DRP) for withdrawal and loading, in consultation with Route LeaderoPick-up cash based on bank wise indent and denominationoPrepare cash receipt and take approval from Route LeaderoComplete allocated site visits for loading or EOD on daily basisoResolve the FLM (First Level Maintenance) issues within TAToPunch all the required entries in Android device timely and accurately such as - withdrawal, loading, EOD, FLMoPunch the counter entry in CBS and submit the same to Route LeaderoInform Route Leader in case of any issue and enter the same in Android deviceoSubmit the return cash to vault, in cases when loading could not happen due to unavoidable circumstancesoPrepare CBR (Cash Balance Report) when mandatory as per SLA (e.g. for HDFC bank) and submit to Route LeaderoCoordinate with the Reports team, as required, for mandatory customer reports

•CIT•

oCollection of CIT bags, scratch cards, seal from Route LeaderoEnter all CIT pick-up related updates in AndroidoPick-up cash from beat customersoDeposit the cash in bank for same day pick up or in the vault for next dayoHandover the deposit slip for next day basis SLAoCoordinate with the customers for cash availability for cash pick-up

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
