The Role that we are looking for should have knowledge of the entire Atlassian suite, figure out what is coming new, understand how various stakeholders can benefit from the same.
As an integral part of our organization, candidate will be responsible for owning and optimizing the suite of Atlassian tools utilized across various international.
This Service Owner can be responsible for Tool Administration, System Maintenance, License Management, Integration management, Security and compliance, User Support training, Performance monitoring and optimization.
Atlassian certification (e.g., Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator) is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with Agile
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the
Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects
Experience with software development lifecycle processes and
Familiarity with ITIL principles and practices.
Your profile
Proven experience 4 - 7 years working with Atlassian tools, particularly Jira and Confluence, in a product ownership or similar role.
Candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, drive product development, and ensure that our Atlassian tools are effectively supporting our teams and enhancing productivity.
Product Ownership: Take ownership of the Atlassian tool suite, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other related plugins and
Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders across different teams to gather requirements, understand pain points, and prioritize feature
Product Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap for Atlassian tools based on business objectives, user feedback, and industry
Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features and enhancements based on value, feasibility, and alignment with organizational
User Training and Support: Provide training sessions, documentation, and ongoing support to users to maximize their utilization of Atlassian
Tool Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Atlassian tools to meet the specific needs of different teams and
Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor the performance of Atlassian tools, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and user
Vendor Relationship Management: Manage relationships with Atlassian and other relevant vendors, including license management, product updates, and support
Compliance and Security: Ensure that Atlassian tools comply with relevant security standards and regulations, and implement necessary measures to safeguard sensitive.
Project Management: Evaluate, estimate, organize and coordinate project activities. Create proposals for improvement activities and present it to stakeholders.
