Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Administrator to manage and optimize Jira, Confluence, Service Desk, and Bitbucket. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless collaboration, implement best practices, and support integrations within the IT landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Atlassian products, primarily Jira and Confluence.
Administer, configure, and optimize Jira, Confluence, Service Desk, and Bitbucket.
Implement workflows, permissions, and integrations to enhance team productivity.
Provide guidance on instance structure and strategy (e.g., single vs. multiple instances).
Ensure adherence to integration guardrails (e.g., API monitoring, Enterprise Management Platform).
Develop and maintain High-Level Designs (HLDs) leveraging Atlassian and GitHub reference architectures.
Architect and implement Jira Service Management (JSM) solutions based on ITIL and ITSM best practices.
Support teams with troubleshooting, automation, and user management.
Maintain system security, performance, and scalability.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
3-6 years of hands-on experience with Atlassian tools.
Strong understanding of Jira workflows, scripting, and automation.
Experience with GitHub migrations is an advantage.
Proficiency in user management, dashboards, and reporting.
Ability to work cross-functionally and solve complex problems.
