#### Role Overview
Responsibilities:
As an Athlete Manager at Reliance Foundation Youth Sports (RFYS), the primary responsibility is to oversee the development, management, and support of athletes participating in various sports initiatives under RFYS. Athlete Manager will be instrumental in identifying talented young athletes, nurturing their potential, and ensuring their holistic development both on and off the field. Role includes preparing long term calendar, monitoring and evaluation, interacting with athlete family and entourage and managing logistic and operational matters.
#### Core Competencies
Preferred Specialization:
• Sports Management / analytics
• Talent Identification and Development
Qualification Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Equivalent experience in similar roles in private or public sector within India
#### Preferred Work Experience
o Proven experience in managing athletes, preferably in a youth sports environment. o Knowledge of talent identification processes and athlete development programs. o Strong understanding of sports psychology, nutrition, and fitness regimes beneficial. o Strong network among sports organisations, athletes and overall Olympic sports ecosystem
