Company Description Sports is a high-performance sport science and medicine organisation which has been pioneering scientific athlete development and performance excellence for the last decade. We have a team of experts across various disciplines of sports sciences, including and not limited to sports, physiotherapy, strength and conditioning, sports nutrition, sport psychology, recovery, performance planning and others. We also support athletes through our foundation, Athlete First and represent some athletes as talent. We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Athlete Manager to help take our initiative to the next level. Role Description This is a full-time role for an Athlete Manager at Sporting Ethos . The Athlete Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of an athlete\'s performance, including coordination with support team, logistics, sponsors, finance among others. The Athlete Manager is also supposed lead fundraising efforts and establish long-term help us relationships with the corporate sector to grow our athlete management venture. Qualifications & Expectations MBA degree preferred At least 2 years of work experience in any sector (customer facing roles preferred) Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with coaches, athletes, and support staff Experience with data analysis and live dashboard management and the ability to create/deliver powerful presentations Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Self-driven individual who can take the initiative to multi-task and work under pressure
