Rawls Salon Redefined is a leading provider of aesthetic and skincare services. We are committed to offering the highest quality treatments and products to our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled Aesthetic Skin Expert to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a range of skin treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.
• Perform skin assessments and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines and product usage.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest skincare trends and techniques.
• Manage client appointments and records.
• Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.

Requirements:

• Certification in cosmetology or a related field.
• Proven experience as an aesthetician or similar role.
• Knowledge of various skincare treatments and products.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with advanced skincare treatments (e.g., laser therapy, microneedling).
• Knowledge of skincare products and ingredients.
• Ability to perform gift wrapping for product sales (if relevant).

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
