Youll provide advice covering solvency, economic capital, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, company restructuring and risk control, financial modelling, underwriting, new legislation, and the efficiency of claims or reporting processes. You will play an integral role in supporting our life, annuity, andhealth clients in a variety of ways which includes the following butare not limited to: Supporting the audits of several of the largest insurers inthe world. This includes public, private and mutualinsurers. It also includes the insurance operations ofseveral banks and private equity firms. Performing a variety of consulting projects that includefinancial reporting, capital reporting, product pricing. Wealso perform operational and organizational consulting forour clients. Supports buyers and sellers in merger and acquisitionactivities. This includes analysis of the underlyingproducts and services as well as potential risks and otherelements that affect the price of the deal. Performing detailed model validations of underlyingreserves and other actuarially determined balances acrossmultiple reporting and regulator bases. This worksupports audits and consulting engagements.Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Participating in a wide range of projects and collaboratingacross multiple work streams or teams; consistentlydemonstrating creative thinking, individual initiative andtimely completion of assigned work.
