Reporting to - Head -Product Development Industries /Segment to Tap : Polymer casting Industries , Coating Industries, Paints, Adhesives & Sealants, Experience : 4-5 Yrs experience in PD - Esp Polymer Synthesis, Composite formulations, Adhesives and construction Chemicals.Exp of working on new Development, she or he should have knowledge of synthesis and formulation in epoxy, polyamide, polysters, polyurethane etc... - Carryout lab experiment and Maintain Lab experimental data, and update project record in PRS or NPD system.
- Act as a leader for project with cross functional l teams like production , Purchase, technical services and marketing
- Lead execution of development and testing protocols to explore modes of problem solution or routes of new product or technology creation. Manage customer interactions - As per need visit to customer site for new product and technical support
- brief personnel after visits and collect design inputs and market intelligence Develop Design Inputs - Work with TSD for technical input to determine design inputs
- Evaluate product development revenue potential and business impact Skill Management - Serve as a champion of safety practices in the laboratory and office environments.
- Facilitate use of effective project management practices
- Ensure effective time division between customer visits, input gathering, and product development
