• Qualification : Graduate/PG in commerce with any other professional degree preferably in Banking/Indirect Taxes OR MBA Finance
• Experience : 18 - 20 Years

Look after and monitor day to day accounting of the group companies.

Ensure timely updating all entries in purchases, sales, Job work, Labor, bank receipt and payment, DN/CN/JV, and other accounting with help of team down the line.

Comply with various weekly/monthly MIS and other reports required by management and various inter department personnel.

Coordinate with factory accounts and other personnel with HO accounts and other interdepartmental / intergroup coordination.


Stock and inventory management, submission of stock statement and other periodic information to Bank, Financial institutes.

Monthly payroll, applicable deduction, recovery, TDS, PF, PT, ESIC and other compliances. Annual LTA, Gratuity, Leave encashment along with TDS on salary.

Sound knowledge of investments, MF, STCG, LTCG, relevant income tax applicable on such returns.

Ensure timely compliance of all statutory requirements, deductions, timely payments, filing of periodic returns, advance tax payments.

Interaction and coordination with internal and statutory auditors & various consultants and able to understand and resolve queries.

Responsible to comply with all direct/indirect tax and other statutory returns, reports and submissions required to be complied with from time to time.

Ensure proper working of depreciation, stock valuation, reconciliations of debtors/creditors and various parties for monthly/annual financial closure.

Responsible for periodical financials, annual financials, statutory audit, tax audit, various assessments, and scrutinizes.
