• Address patients' queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Counseling
• Guide patients on pre-operative and post-operative care for eye surgeries.
• Explain the benefits, risks, and expectations of recommended treatments.
• Provide reassurance and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Financial and Insurance Guidance
• Inform patients about the costs of treatments and available payment options.
• Assist in explaining insurance policies, eligibility, and claim procedures.
• Coordinate with the billing and insurance departments to resolve patient concerns.
• Coordination and Documentation
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient interactions and counseling sessions.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and remind patients of upcoming visits.
• Awareness and Outreach
• Educate patients on preventive eye care and lifestyle modifications.
• Participate in hospital outreach programs and awareness campaigns when required.
• Compliance
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
• Stay updated on new treatments, technologies, and insurance protocols.
