outcomes and ensuring industry relevance;
\xc3\xa2 \xef\xbf\xbd mentoring and academic counseling of students;
\xc3\xa2 \xef\xbf\xbd participating in examination duties such as paper-setting, invigilation and
assessing student work;
\xc3\xa2 \xef\xbf\xbd organizing and conducting hospitality events, seminars, workshops,
master classes, industry-linked projects, etc.;
\xc3\xa2 \xef\xbf\xbd maintaining strong industry connections for access to the latest industry trends
leading to better student outcomes, internships, and placements;
\xc3\xa2 \xef\xbf\xbd Provide administrative assistance on a variety of tasks related to
academic operations and committees;
\xc3\xa2 \xef\xbf\xbd actively conducting R&D work, presenting papers, and submitting articles in
journals
- We are seeking a passionate and experienced member of the faculty specifically
in the domains of Culinary, Bakery & Patisserie and Rooms Division.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of relevant industry expertise and
teaching experience of a minimum combined period of 8 (eight) years. Apart
from in-depth knowledge of the domain, they must demonstrate excellent
communication, presentation and technical ability. Additionally, they will hold the
necessary academic qualifications as per UGC guidelines for teaching our
undergraduate degree and diploma programmes.
