Job Summary:
We are looking for a voice & accent coach to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in to improve voice competencies for US insurance contact center. The role supports day to day training needs of the process through regular analysis, call monitoring, coaching, instructor-led training and administrative duties.
