As the Retail Store Manager for our Bridal Wear Rental Store, you will play a pivotal role in creating a memorable experience for brides-to-be and their entourage. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of store operations, customer service, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of dedicated sales associates and support staff.
Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
Customer Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional customer experiences by providing personalized assistance, expert advice, and a warm, welcoming environment.
Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Inventory Management: Oversee the selection, purchasing, and replenishment of bridal wear inventory.
Maintain accurate records of stock levels, conduct regular audits, and implement loss prevention measures.
Visual Merchandising: Curate eye-catching displays to showcase our bridal wear collections effectively.
Ensure that the store layout and presentation align with the brand's aesthetic and standards.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement initiatives to drive sales growth.
Store Operations: Ensure compliance with opening and closing procedures, security protocols, and health & safety standards.
Manage day-to-day operational tasks, including scheduling, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness.
Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events, sales campaigns, and trunk shows.
Utilize social media and other marketing channels to promote the store and engage with the bridal community.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in retail management, particularly within bridal wear or wedding suits attire.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of bridal fashion trends and industry practices.
• Proficient in inventory management and retail software systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
