Unspecified Title: Asst. Software Librarian

Overview:

Assign and process the task activities of the SCL team at Shared Discipline Hyderabad. Utilizes internal processes, methods, and tools for process development and documentation. Review quality defects trends, identify systemic root causes, and process improvements. Maintains productivity and Quality measures. Understand the SCL job requirements and fulfill all the expectations and requirements for all the jobs assigned.

Job responsibilities:

• Understand the policies, practices, and Procedures of SCL.
• Ensure efficient delivery - on-time with Quality of the deliverables.
• Demonstrate the ability to follow through with work assignments and their completion.
• Assigning and Processing of CO releases (Documents /Snapshot/critical/expedite)
• Status reporting & communications with Checker and counterpart
• Contacts are primarily with immediate work units and internal engineering customers.
• Drive good work culture within the team.
• Handle multiple activities like CO release within a domain or multi-disciplinary project/program.
• Makes sure to meet all compliance requirements.
• Maintain flexibility for the work as per the project need.
• Identifies actual or potential problems in the software release process and assists in creating a solution.
• Shared lessons learned or common issues in team meetings and provide all possible solutions to those issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• 0-3 years of experience in relevant field.

Desired Skills:

• Create file listing for the software files (CRCs creation), Perform rebuilds if applicable.
• Create a route in PDM to get approvals from different engineering departments (Quality/Safety/Project lead)
• Strong networking with stakeholders
• Ability to work on multiple release types.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Reduce cycle time and cost (operational excellence leadership)
• Understand process & drive continuous process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools. (Excel, word, Power point, etc.)
