- Digital Marketing:
- Oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage the showroom\'s online presence through the website, social media, and other digital channels.
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to engage customers and build brand awareness.
- Create and curate content for social media platforms.
- Public Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Manage public relations activities to generate positive media coverage.
- Event Planning:
- Organize and coordinate events, product launches, and promotions.
- Collaborate with other departments for successful event execution.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, trends, and competitor activities.
- Use research findings to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively.
- Monitor expenditures to ensure they align with the marketing plan.
- Collaboration with Sales Team:
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Provide sales support through effective marketing materials and campaigns.
- Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
- Monitor email performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Implement and utilize CRM systems to manage customer data and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segments.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze marketing campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular reports to management on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Collateral Development:
- Create marketing collateral, including catalogs, product guides, and other promotional materials.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all materials.
- Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with other brands or influencers.
- Collaborate with influencers for promotional activities.
- Customer Feedback Analysis:
