Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive (CP Firm) - Real Estate. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by prospecting and acquiring new clients in the real estate industry. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
• Experience in sales and business development in the real estate industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Knowledge of the local real estate market in Navi Mumbai
• Experience in property management or corporate relocation is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
