Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs. Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

SALES MANAGER
KEY RESULT AREAS
1.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
• Would be based at Bangalore at the Corporate Office, selling all the properties under Spree Umbrella on Pan India basis and travel on need basis at our upcoming/existing hotels.
• Achieves Market share and revenue goals working with the Assistant Sales Manager and coordinating with the teams on other locations.
• Creates 100% Guest Satisfaction by providing the "Yes I Can" experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of genuine hospitality and exceeding the guest expectation by creating a "wow" factor.
• Should have the experience of having done Sales blitz by tapping the local markets locationwise to increase the revenue by highlighting the USP of the propertywith the Corporates.
• Well versed in devising sales strategies and thinking "out of the box' in generation of revenues for all properties.
• Good knowledge on all Pan India properties and the USP of the property when it comes to tapping customers, Corporates
• Conduct Assessment of Sales performance to make necessary adjustments to increase patronage
• Maintain contact with the client to obtain feedback and to discuss future business opportunities
• Set Annual budgets and implement strategies effective for achieving targets
• Resolve and quell all ,misunderstandings within the Hotel premises
• Provide customers with a list of available services and their accompanying prices and offer discounts when necessary.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Computer savvy - We work extensively with online collaboration tools, so you should be comfortable with computers, whatsapp, MS office, etc. IHM education/hotel management degree from a reputed college is a plus
• Presentable with excellent communication skills both verbal and written. A go getter and team player and a "live wire " when it comes to Sales.
• Experience in Hotel Sales is a must.

Salary range - Rs 40,000 to Rs. 55,000/- per month -depending on the, technical brilliance, communications skills, computer savvy, willingness to travel, and positive attitude.
