JOB DESCRIPTION - ASM/ASP ( TEXTILE SHOWROOM)
EXPERIENCE MUST IN RETAIL FIELD
• 1. GOOD AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
• 2. SHOWROOM ADMINISTRATION
• 3. DEVELOPING THE SHOWROOM STRATEGIES TO RAISE THE INFLOW OF CUSTOMERS AND OPTIMIZE PROFITIBALITY.
• 4. HIRING, EDUCATING AND MOTIVATING STAFF IN PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE.
• 5. HANDLING RETURNS, DEALING WITH CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS IN EFFECTIVE AND POLITE MANNER.
• 6. PROPOSE INNOVATIVE IDEAS TO INCREASE MARKET SHARE.
• 7. MAINTAIN SHOWROOM WITH DISCIPLINE, ORDER AND CLEAN.
• EXPERIENCE 3+ YEARS IN RELEVANT FIELD
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
