Job Title: Assistant Manager Product / Product EngineerPosition Summary: We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and self-driven Product Manager todevelop products mostly into Plastic Engineering as per the customer and market requirements.You will monitor Product Development process from Design to Launch of the product. Productdevelopment processes involved are Design review, Vendor Development, ProcurementPlanning, Market Research, Cost Analysis, release pricing to the Customer, etc.Essential Job Functions: Manage an engineering team of designers, project managers and other technicalpositions. Manage engineering projects. Working with engineering manager and chief designer to develop plans and maintainproject backlogs. Drive development teams toward high quality and timely deliverables. Deliver status reports to senior management. Host and participate in management review and BOD meetings. Develop, oversee, and improve daily operations, policies, systems, and proceduresnecessary to support. Engineering operations and cost reduction activities. Establish and monitor appropriate KPI's for maximum productivity, efficiency, andresource utilization. Evaluate vendor proposals and make decisions on the final vendor selection. Understand and follow Company QMS system.Qualifications: Excellent cost analysis and pricing skills. Excellent interpersonal and internal/external customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong oral and written communication skills Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications.Education & Experience Required: Bachelors/master's degree in engineering field like Mechanical, Industrial ProductionBiology, Life Sciences, Chemical, Plastics Technology, etc. Minimum 3-5 years' experience.Job Location:Medchal, Hyderabad

Pay: ?296,784.87 - ?646,456.79 per year
