Job Summary :
This position offers an opportunity to work with US-based gastroenterologists, Dr. Vipin Gupta and Dr. Mayuri Gupta, remotely from Sainik Farms, New Delhi. The job involves working from 6 pm to 3 am Indian Time, with the potential for career growth and development.

Responsibilities :

• Update and maintain patient profiles (e.g., demographics, diagnosis, allergies, medications).
• Monitor and evaluate drug therapy for appropriateness.
• Provide drug information to healthcare professionals and patients.
• Document clinical interventions.
• Counsel patients on discharge medications.
• Review and verify medication orders.
• Enter medication orders when necessary.
• Formulate assessments, care plans, and document them in EHR.

Qualifications :

• B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in English.
• Knowledge in gastroenterology (pathophysiology, pathology, pharmacology, procedures).
