Minimum Job Requirements
Educational Qualification:
Graduation- B.Tech / Diploma in footwear technology/FDDI
Experience:
6 to 10 years of experience of handling assembly line and Packaging
Any additional requirement:
Fundamentals of computers, SAP, MS Excel.
Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)
The candidate should have 7 to 10 years of experience of handling assembly line and Packaging
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Financial
- The candidate will undertake trouble shooting of technical problems on conveyor and packaging of finished goods
Customer Oriented
- The candidate will look after maintaining quality norms and process control.
People Oriented
- The candidate will look after multiskilling of workmen at conveyor.
Internal Business Process
- The candidate will be responsible for handling conveyor independently.
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining 5s and fire safety awareness amongst workmen.
