Asst. Manger Or Deputy Manager Plant Controlling

Your tasks

• Perform all activities for PUN to ensure cost center and investment planning and reporting according to central specifications after consultation with Business Divisions and Controlling Brose Group. Provide PUN local management with information and instruments for efficient steering processes.
• Coordination of all activities for HIN to ensure business planning according to central specifications after consolidation with the responsible business division (TS). Provide plant management with information and instruments for efficient planning, decision, and steering processes.
• Creation of budget and investment planning and forecast in coordination with business divisions and central functions.
• Ensure ongoing budget controlling.
• Identify differences and formulate / control problem solving together with the cost center manager (monthly SIV-meetings).
• Securing an accurate monthly reporting according to internal regulations and central requirements.
• Preparation of monthly report for local management.
• Inventory valuation.
• Support, drive and evaluate cost saving initiatives.
• Ensure accurate Business Plans for plant future prospects.
• Provide lifetime calculations for customer projects.

Your Profile

• CA (Chartered accountant) or CWA (Cost accountant); MBA would be an added advantage.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience particularly in a manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive industry.
• Good understanding of controlling function in India. Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
