? Capturing the broker sourcing channel and empaneling them by
creating their separate codes and booking the business in those
codes only.
? Increase the BFL penetration through broker business.
? Increase the broker base basis their business potential.
? Creating synergy among multiple stakeholders involved like
brokers, dealers, BFL and BAL team members.
? Providing broker with additional earning opportunities and
entice them to work with BFL
? Efficiently managing a team of competent, dynamic and hard-
working field sales executives
? Heightened stress on relationship building with broker channels
and ensuring that case gets booked with BFL only.
? Taking continuous market/broker feedback and communicate
the requirements to senior management for improving on our
services.
? Tracking the market competitor at ground level and reporting to
the management
? Ensuring all documents w.r.t. customer are verified in originals
and scan & fill various customers\xe2\x80\x99 details & submit it
immediately. Physical agreement & repayment instrument
dispatch within prescribed TAT.
? To ensure sale of finance schemes to customers (Within &
Outside dealership) as per the targets.
? Maintain & improve the relationship with the dealer/s & address
issues/queries on daily basis.
? Verification of all documents, w.r.t. customers e.g. KYC,
customer personal information, documents received through
DMAs at ASC location, in line with company.
? Keep the ASM & HO updated on daily basis w.r.t. targets vs
achievements.
? Login to disbursement ratio should be kept more than 80% and
FEMI should be less than 2%
? Understand & explain all schemes to customers & MBOs
