Introduction to the Division:
Measurement Control & Sample Identification Division (MCS) and Production, Process and Analytics (PPA) products give outstanding capabilities in materials science research and development driving innovation and efficiency. The key business units within MCS are Molecular Spectroscopy, Radiation Detection and Elemental Analysis. The business units in PPA are Material Characterization (MC), Process Analytics and Bulk Elemental.
Role Description/Position Summary
Provide day to day support to NSM and frontline sales team & Customers in Order processing, tenders, quotations, logging service calls.
Responsibilities
• Order execution through Order Management Tool, working closely with SCM & commercial teams for smooth execution of the orders.
• Coordinating with customers for arranging End User Certificate and other required documents to complete the order processing, also arranging PBGs.
• Preparing tender docs and uploading on Government tender portals like GEM tender portal, CPP Portal and other state tender portals.
• Preparing Tender documents for offline tenders as well, coordinating with finance team for EMD/Tender fees, also arranging legal approval for tenders.
• Preparing regular quotations to all salespersons.
• Call logging for all installation cases by coordinating with customers & service team.
• Arranging authorization code to dealers on GEM portal for new product/configuration on GeM and processing GeM orders.
Education and Experience:
• A Bachelor's degree/ pursuing Degree along with significant and relevant, experience, preferably in the laboratory industry or equivalent work experience.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience Requirement:
• Understanding of complete sales cycle to support sales team.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good Interpersonal Relations skill
• Proficiency in English is a must, and local language preferred.
• Solid understanding of CRM or Sales Force Tools is an added advantage
• Strong digital literacy (Must be proficient with Excel, Power Point, Word)
