• You will be part of the Real Estate Intelligence Service (REIS) team that tracks real estate trends and advice clients with market reports and insights. The team supports other businesses of JLL with data, insights and contributes towards the thought leaderships, media release and branding of the firm.
• You will be responsible for tracking Kolkata\xe2\x80\x99s office, retail and residential markets. In addition, you will keep a close track on policy announcements, state and regional level infrastructure projects\xe2\x80\x99 progress and maintain an appetite for gaining and enhancing your knowledge on the city\xe2\x80\x99s and region\xe2\x80\x99s real estate and economic landscape.

Key Skills

• You will have a Degree / Diploma or relevant educational background in Real Estate (Planning or Architect), Economics/Finance or Business Administration with min 1-2 years of working experience.
• Advanced excel, writing, presentation and analytical skills are key to this role along with an ability to meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of key statistical tools, working with big databases and geo-mapping software is highly desirable.
• You must be detail oriented and have excellent problem-solving skills. Possess the ability to collate information into cohesive presentations with proper slide layout / design

Sound like you? In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

• To conduct primary and secondary research from public sources for all asset classes through interactions with developers, internal business lines etc.
• Preparing excel data, participating in forecast discussion and writing market reports for Kolkata are other key responsibilities. Maintain, support and validate the Kolkata real estate and REIS databases regularly and meticulously.
• Key quarterly deliverables as part of the REIS calendar and data cycle.
• Respond to ad-hoc queries from business, clients. Participate in market research, consulting and assessment assignments as needed. Contribute to research whitepapers/industry reports.
