Job Description



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Asst. Manager - Operations to drive the Operations department functions of the company in Delhi. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in following.

Responsibilities

• Follow company policy w.r.t. File Checking (Non-Discrepancy Checks), Disbursement, CKYC, CERSAI, System Updation, Banking w.r.t. Instalment presentation, etc to operate within the acceptable standards.
• Able to understand Legal, Technical, RCU reports, etc. and can verify security papers as per the Legal reports
• Must ensure that all activities like Welcome Letter, CKYC, CERSAI, NACH, bounces, overdue, Loan cancellation, rejections etc are communicated to customer service and/or relevant teams in proactive manner within TAT.
• Must be ensuring Quality Checks done as per SOP of the vertical and smooth functioning of business activities on daily basis.
• Will be responsible for In-warding and Out-warding of RMU related activities.
• Will be responsible for managing the MIS related to the Branch activities (Disbursement, Login, IMD, RMU, etc) and other services.
• Planning the training and standardization of operations/disbursement delivery.
• Month End are Crucial, so maintain discipline and appropriate closures.
• Will be responsible for interacting with customers, team, regulator and others for the resolution and closure of concern, queries, complaint, etc within the timelines.
• Must be responsible for catering and implementation of open/new projects for smooth functioning of processes of the department.
• Must ensure assessment of all SOP and implementation of any changes for aligning with the new regulatory or organizational guidelines.
• Will be responsible for the selection of staff in the hiring process and ensure that a standardized level of service is maintained for all customers.
• Should have the excellent knowledge of MS-Power-point, Excel and other reporting tools.
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional appearance and able to present the data with facts.
• Will take care of comprehensive review of department's adherence to regulatory guidelines.
• Complete knowledge of Branch Operation processes.
• Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team and across organisation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?42,000.00 per month
