Manager / Manager - PMOKey Responsibilities:

  • Reviews project progress on a regular basis.
  • Proactively Identify problems and resolve them in conjunction with project managers and internal stakeholders.
  • Should be able to identify project risk and give feedback to project managers, BU\xe2\x80\x99s and management.
  • Track and report on project portfolio performance, providing a real-time, comprehensive and prioritized view of all projects.
  • Assist PMO in updating management dashboard for projects progress & forecast.
  • As a member of PMO team helps develop and implement processes and policies.
  • Uses industry contacts to facilitate delivery function such as OEM , Vendor relations.
  • Experience in SI project execution and reviewing end to end projects execution.
  • Familiar with concepts, practices, and procedures within SI domain in one or more than one of the domains in which we function Viz Electronic Surveillance, Energy management, intelligent Transport, e-governance & IT Enabled Services.
  • Should have knowledge of Software Project Management , Agile processes
  • Interdepartmental co-ordination for the timely project execution.
  • In a related area of system Integration including but not limited to hardware and software.
  • Possesses demonstrated skills in Project delivery function. Knowledge of PMO function will be an advantage. Eye for detail is an essential quality.
  • Should be able to effectively communicate to customer to understand issues, requirement, risk etc. related to project delivery.
  • Understand the deliverables of internal and external PMO customers and contribute to success through cooperative and collegial processes
  • Exposure to SAP Project Systems will be added advantage
Skills Required:
  • Should be Strong in documentation
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Desired to be well acquainted with Microsoft excel, Microsoft project.
  • Strategic Thinking, Expertise in Risk Management, Project Management,
  • Excellent Communication, Report Writing, Maintain Issue Register and Risk Registers
  • Analytical & Decision Making Skills
  • Advance Excel , MIS , Dashboard
  • Time Management, Bringing issues to surface, enabling quick resolution
  • Adherence to Quality Work
  • Working knowledge on any project Management tools like Microsoft Project / Jira etc
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Education: B.E. / B.Tech.
  • Certifications of PMP/Prince2
