Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation: Monitoring and maintaining levels of inventory between systems, stores, and warehouse. Ensuring correct Retail controls and procedures are implemented at store level and accurate STOH information delivered to Sr Manager Retail Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Run a series of inventory reports on daily, weekly, or monthly basis and perform detailed analysis of item performance.
Develop accurate, consistent, and enhancements to the inventory reporting structure.
Identify "heavy" and "low" turn inventory items and maintain communication reports for the
respective teams.
Control inventory adjustments (quantity and price variance analysis)
Diligent investigations required to solve problems in the systems.
Maintenance and accountability of high levels of customer service (internal and external).
Minimize inaccuracy of store stock data.
Driving the stock audit process from planning to execution.
Stock items and stock revenue to be accurately managed in aLS and SAP for 100% alignment
Ability to organize vast amounts of data.
Work proactively to propose process changes which will prevent irregularities
Store receiving and shipping of inventory into and out of the company's warehouse including EOS transfers and inter branch transfers
Results of investigations and enormities about possible loss prevention issues to reported directly to Sr Manager Retail Operations.
Education of own retail employees (specifically store leadership) on best inventory practices, HOR protocols and employee training.

Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
Employee should be willing to travel to OR store locations.
Fluent in English
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree or diploma level.
3-4 years of retail inventory control experience with focus on business
Understanding of finance and controls.
Industry experience in Sports/Consumer goods.
