Performance based base increment distribution and implement the approved increment.
HRMS Data Updating & Managing.
Employee Life Cycle Management
To prepare Annual Calendar & Implementation of Training.
Drive the Training at Unit Level.
Preparing the TNI at Unit / Departmental Level.
Prepare and Maintain Competency Matrix as per Business Requirements.
To prepare Engagement Annual Calendar.
Plan, Organize and Track the plan activity.
Review the Employee Engagement survey and outputs of Activity.
