Position : Asst. Manager - Customer Support Reports to: DRM Location : Goa, Baroda Years of Experience : 6 \xe2\x80\x93 8 years of Experience. Relevant Experience in the field of Analytical Service Industry Minimum Qualifications : Diploma in Electronics/ Instrumentation or MSc in Electronics Preferred Qualifications : B E holders in Electrical / Electronics / Electronics & Comm / Instrumentation Engineering Responsibilities:
- Candidates will be responsible for field servicing of high-tech analytical instruments like GC\xe2\x80\x99s, GC \xe2\x80\x93 MS, UV-Vis, FTIR and AAS Spectrophotometers etc
- Generating service and spares income
- Responsible for achieving Customer satisfaction
- Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing
- Sincere and hard working
- Good in verbal and written communication (Preferred Language \xe2\x80\x93 English)
- Sound technical knowledge in field servicing of high-tech analytical instruments
- Having Experience of working in team or team handling will be an advantage
- Should be willing to travel extensively
