Position: Asst. Manager - Finance & AccountLocation: Surat- PiplodExperience: 0- 1 YearsIndustries: ChemicalResponsibilities:
- Analysis of funding requirements of the company and align the requirement of the company with the best option of funding available with the Bank.
- Preparation of CMA Report based on the requirement of banks.
- Preparation and submission of proposal for the fresh and existing bank loan facility.
- Preparation of Project Report for the Term Loan Facility.
- Preparation and Submission of Monthly and Quarterly FFR Statement to the Bank.
- Handling Stock Audit Work.
- Process for security perfection of the bank loan facility.
- Other misc. banking MIS report to banks.
- Any other work related to banking channels.
- Banking-related data submission to Statutory auditor on a quarterly basis.
- \xe2\x81\xa0providing data to credit rating agencies
- Logical thinking.
- Organizing.
- Team Player
