Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in food and beverage service, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service techniques, and guest relations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Financial acumen and the ability to analyze reports and control costs.
